This art exhibit, titled Reinventing Indian Traditions, was a part of the Sun Valley Center for the Arts multidisciplinary project OUTSIDE IN Indian Art Abroad, which ran from December 4, 2009 to April 2, 2010 in the exhibition hall at The Center in Hailey. The pieces Gay created here explore themes such as the god Ganesha, the symbolism of the lotus and the tradition of painting hands and feet with henna.
